| To ensure that the Best Bar None process is as painless as possible for licensees this page includes information and tools to assist in completing the application form. You will find everything that you need to take the first steps to becoming accredited in the Rhondda Cynon Taf Best Bar None awards 2008 - Before filling in the application form, print off this it will make it easier for you to recognise what is needed and simplify the filling in of the form.
- If you have any queries about the information needed or about the application form please ring the number above.
- Please be as detailed as you can, as this will give the assessors more to work with and make the assessment much smoother. However, if you are unsure of how to word your answer, be brief and explain further during the assessment.
- Only give answers that reflect your current operating policies - print off these for help - not your future plans, as you will need to give evidence to back up your information.
- Once you have completed the application please return it to Best Bar None Coordinator, Community Safety Partnership, Unit 2 Fairway Court, Tonteg Road, Treforest Ind. Est., Pontypridd CF37 5UA
- Once you have returned the completed application, a team of two trained assessors will visit your premises to confirm the information supplied, and offer advice if need be on how to evidence this information. Make sure that you’re prepared for your assessment visit. Have any documents that you have as evidence for your policies ready to be viewed by the assessors.
- Final judging of each category will take place after all assessments have been completed, accredited premises and category winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in March
